This newly renovated 1BR/1BA home has 2 queen beds with comfortable sleeping space for 4 guests, a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, stylish mountain decor, an in-unit washer and dryer, and ample ski/bike storage. Outside, enjoy mountain views in both directions. This is convenience at its finest -- Vail Village and the gondola are just steps away!

At the end of the day, walk into the Village for dining and nightlife -- then enjoy a restful night`s sleep tucked safely and quietly away from the Village late-night crowds.

This ground-level unit is located in the community of All Seasons Condominiums. You`ll be just a quick walk away from both Vail Village and the Golden Peak ski lift. Park your car here for free, or enjoy your vacation without a car. Everything you need is a short walk away!

This is a great location, very small place. It could use better lighting and also needs a new hairdryer provided. Overall works best for two/3 people based on the size of the bathroom. It was clean and simple, we enjoyed our stay.

Place was perfect for my college son and me for a 6 night father-son ski trip. Master bed was really comfortable. It’s memory foam which was great. My son said the Murphy bed was very comfortable too. I like that the unit came stocked with bathroom toiletries. And I loved having laundry in unit. Super convenient! And they have the free and clear detergent (not some cheap basic stuff) which is what I use at home, so I liked that touch. We did not really cook other than eggs at breakfast but the kitchen was perfect for us. There is also a sleeper sofa in addition to the Murphy bed, but we did not use that. Can’t beat the cost/convenience ratio with easy access to Riva barn and Avanti as well as Gondola ONE. Would definitely come back!

Eagles Nest Property Management manages this property and I have to say it was the best experience we've had with all the stays we've done with any VRBO anywhere in the world.I can't say that everything was perfect when we arrived but Tara was unbelievably responsive and had everything fixed in record time.As for the location, we have stayed in this complex multiple times because it is so close to the lift. This unit works perfect for a family of 4. The regular bed and Murphy bed are extremely comfortable. Bathroom has a floor warmer which is a wonderful perk. Induction stove top takes a bit to figure out but works well also. Trash bin right outside of the room makes things easy. All the basics are available, some coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and a few other spices just to get you started. Washer and dryer inside the unit. This is a unit I would buy if I could. I would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Easy check in and check out. My only complaint is that it was dark. It’s a “basement/lower level” unit with limited windows. There was not enough lighting in the living room. In the pics there are several lamps but not in reality.adding to the dark, basement like feel. Such a minor complaint, but would still highly recommend for two people.

Our property manager, Stuart Birmingham was just lovely and extremely responsive in getting a couple of additional cleaning requests done as soon as we moved into the property. Additionally, my husband, asked if a grab bar could be installed in the shower and it was done the next day! The property location was perfect for us as we needed few stairs, and a short walk to Vail shopping and restaurants as well as a short walk to the Bravo Vail Music Festival. We enjoyed our stay and Stuart was responsive to any and all our requests. The Davis'

The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and ideally located for access to Vail village and Ford Park (we were attending the Bravo Music Festival). We had a few issues but our property manager Stewart was very responsive and took care of things quickly. Although the apartment is essentially in the basement so natural light is limited, the complex courtyard is full of flowers and well maintained so the limited views were very acceptable.

Cute lower level condo very close to Vail Village

The property was in a good location and offered everything we needed - including parking! Check-out was at 10am which seemed early since you need to load the dishwasher, pull bed sheets and run a load of towels before departing. Otherwise, we arrived a bit early and we’re able to check-in early, and the location by Vail Village was great! Additionally, if you play pickleball play, there are courts nextdoor that you could probably reserve.

We had a great stay in this awesome location. The condo had everything we needed for ourselves and 2 kids. The ease of walking, biking, and finding food/shopping/activities to do was easier than anywhere I’ve vacationed. We all slept comfortably with a bedroom, Murphy bed and sofa bed. In-room laundry made packing super easy. And the kitchen allowed us to save money on food, particularly with picky kids. This location worked out great for us and allowed us to experience all the things in Vail with ease!

Great Location/Great Condo

Condo was exactly as described. I was traveling with my son for a lax tournament - we used the Murphy Great for him - it was great. We were able to keep it down the whole time and it still gave us plenty of room to enjoy the living room. Location was great - Easy walk to Vail Village and Ford Park. Quiet area, no issues with noise - parking lot always had spots and was super easy. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need/want. Washer/dryer was awesome amenity. My ONLY complaint which is so minor - the doors (bathroom and bedroom) creak…nothing a little WD40 won’t fix so I’m sure for future renters this will be a nonissue. I would definitely stay here again - loved Vail, loved the condo - A+ rental!
