Landmark 301 is a 1,020 square foot mountain view condominium in Lionshead Village, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat. This unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living area includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and the condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. Enjoy standard cable television and a flat-screen TV in the living room, as well as the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Great location well designed condo and excellent facility overall. No complaints, highly recommended great for families too though I was solo and it was great for just one as well. wonderful local market and wine store just a few steps away and very near the gondola with a beautiful of the mountain and the ski slopes.

Well-maintained condo. Clean and has a washer and dryer. Very close to gondola and lifts. Would stay in this unit again.

The condo itself is relatively small for a two bedroom, but it has the necessary amenities and is part of a nice condo building. We've skied any many areas, and this location might be the most convenient place we've stayed. It is so close to the mountain, ski rental, bus stop, restaurants and more, that we never had to use our car once we parked it in the property's covered garage. The closeness and convenience to Vail's free bus service cannot be overstated. It's the best way to get all around Vail quickly.
