Great stay at the Ritz

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed at the Ritz and we already seek out units that are available. Great unit and we enjoyed the stay. Would have been nice if the steam shower was working but oh well. Thank you!

The Ritz is totally fab! The AC is finicky and the highway and frontage views are not very relaxing. Interior is otherwise lovely and cleanliness topnotch! Pool is best in vail! Shout out to those attentive pool guys who make sure guests have fresh towels and a good seat!

Ski trip with family

Property is very well managed and clean . Ritz staff is very cordial even more so than any other Ritz property I have stayed at. As is the case with many other Ritz properties it is expensive but they do not try to nickel and dime you the way other luxury properties regularly do nowadays. I really enjoyed the property but I am not crazy about Lionshead. I enjoy Vail Village more.

Its the Ritz!….. Need I say more?

Come on, the place is outstanding… service, valet, bar, pool, housekeeping, grounds, location. The unit is immaculate. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need, which we made full use of. Beautifully furnished with no sign of wear or damage From moment of arrival to departure, top to bottom first class

Incredible property, ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz Carlton were on top of everything. Room was pristine and had everything needed in kitchen to cook for a 8-10 people. Easy walk to Lionshead and 100 yards to the Vail Shuttle (pick up in front of Hythe). Gym, pool, hot tub etc all A+

Truly a fantastic stay!!

Ski trip to Vail with the wife and kids. We had an absolute blast. Staying at this unit at the Ritz Carlton. There’s nothing short of amazing. Had the full host of amenities…. access to concierge who assisted with dinner reservations and local activities, access to the pool area, shuttle to and from LH base, access to the ski valet boot room as well as the ski valet tent at the base (they would hold onto your skis for the duration of your trip. No need to lug your skis back-and-forth at the end of your ski day). The unit itself was wonderfully appointed. We were able to use the dishwasher as well as washer/dryer here and there. No hiccups whatsoever. Cleaning staff did a fantastic job each and every day (although we would’ve been just fine with every other day). Thank you!!!!

Nice Place

Nice residence well appointed and equipped and a few issues. Balcony doors would not lock, M. toilet leaking wouldn't flush, M. bedside lamp needs bulb, entry lampshade needs secured.

Enjoyed the stay. Everything worked great. Both rooms are very comparable so no need to fight over rooms. Kitchen are living room a real plus. Location and amenities were fantastic. Especially workout room and Sauna. Valet and drivers were outstanding and extremely flexible. Front desk check-in / checkout was very easy. Only downside was the bar staff and food staff. Not friendly at all and almost go out of your way to ignore you. The night we arrived we had 15 min before kitchen says it is closing so we ran over to order something and got completely ignored until they could comfortably tell us they can’t take our order and kitchen is closed. Coffee bar each morning was nice but by 9am was usually empty and never restocked. It all worked as we just went next door to eat and get drinks but just odd service. Cookies at 4pm were outstanding. Definitely would come back.

The property was nice but advertised as sleeping 6. The pullout sofa is very uncomfortable and does not sleep 2 people . There were No dark shades so made it hard for anyone to sleep on the pullout sofa in the main room.
