“Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location.”

“Very nice property and easily walkable to all of Pienza. It was also a convenient base to explore the Tuscany region. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lot of restaurants and shopping in less than a 5 minute walk. The photos of the apartment were accurate. I would add to the property description that parking is not at the property but public parking is nearby (for clarity).Overall, I was happy with my stay.”

“Mooi, groot en proper appartement in klein dorpje! Aanrader!”

“Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Eleonora and Alessandro were extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. They made sure everything was perfect and made our experience even better combined with an excellent breakfast!Thank you both for your hospitality! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This property was beautiful once we were able to find it, check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early. Tub and sauna great but not enough towels (no washer on premisis) but beautiful area ”

“Host was very very kind and generous, very glad to have booked with her. No AC, but fan and open windows made it very comfortable”

“Beautiful property. Our favorite for our 2 weeks in Italy.”

“The host and the property were fantastic! The only (slight) problem was a misunderstanding of the parking situation. We didn't realize "resident parking" applied only to the Montalcino residents; we were under the impression we would be considered "residents" during our stay. HOWEVER, there is plentiful parking in Montalcino and using the Easy Park made it a breeze!”

“Pros: Super host Maria gentilissima e generosa: mette a disposizione anche l'impossibile! Esperienza davvero appagante. Grati 🙏🏻”

“We stayed for six nights. Pros: clean, garden view is good. Cons: 1. When we are still sleeping at 10am, the staff unlock the door to come inside, it is so Scary. Lucky, we are still wearing clothes. 2. WiFi is unavailable. Staff do not reply message to solve. 3. Noisy at mid-nights ( TV sounds, lady laugh sounds, footsteps & refrigerator sounds) 4. The photo and description are misleading. There is not any bedroom. The photo is showed that the bedroom door is opening. In fact, the door……

“Grand logement, propre et très bien situé. La ville et les restaurants facilement accessibles à pied. Lits confortables.”
