“Kitchen well equipped and easy to prepare food. Washer dryer is useful although not mentioned on the website. Freezer was without shelves for some reason.. mentioned to staff. Some damp in the back bedroom… cold spell, heating and no wall insulation likely to be cause.Heating not working when arrived… called reception and it was resolved in a few minutes with a maintenance/site attendant sent to help immediately. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Great accommodation all round.”

“Great break with family for a Christmas getaway...Cheddar Woods is in a great location and high on the hill, like we were, the views were great - when it wasn't misty.Food was lovely in the restaurant although there was limited seating for large parties who weren't dining.Staff we encountered were all friendly.”

“Beautiful lodge with beautiful furniture and fittings. Fully equipped with everything you could need including a dish washer and washing machine. Really clean considering dogs allowed. No faults at all.”
