「We loved our stay at Valencia Luxury-Calma Beach apartments! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The location was a five minute walk to the beach with lovely beach side restaurants but also restaurant choices nearby! The bus to the Valencia city centre was right across the street of the apartment which was very convenient!! 「We were mislead. The first photo on your website was the view of the roof garden, which was a huge draw- especially with the backdrop of the beach. However when we arrived we read the note that the roof garden was private. "No access"! The two flats were interchangeable on your web page. The photos were mixed up and we had no knowledge which flat was ours until we arrived. Also they are both described as suitable for 8 people. We are a family of 8. Only 6 beds were made up, and no spare bedding...

「New hotel, so clean and tidy. We choose the seaview room and the view is fantastic. The room is rather small and shower place only but not bathing tub. Anyway the toilet is clean. There is lots of restaurant nearby. Walking distance to the beach. Parking lot is just 2~3mins walking distance. Nice hotel if you want to stay in the beach.」

A recepcionista foi sempre atenciosa conosco e nos reservou um taxi que foi pontual e nos levou para a largada. Tem muitos restaurantes próximos da para andar até eles. O quarto e pequeno mas bem moderno e organizado. O banheiro é uma espécie de cápsula, não tivemos problemas. A Equipe é muito atenciosa. Voltaria. 」
