Incredibly welcoming host - came and got us from the train station, showed us the apartment and surprised me with a birthday cake and bubbly so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. There was a couple metro cards for us to use - one even had a couple trips left on it! The apartment itself is in a very central location - does it need a bit of maintenance? Sure. Is it a bit loud from poor sound insulation? Also yes. But if those aren’t deal-breakers for you, then this is a score.
Stocked fridge upon our arrival! What a nice surprise.

Das Apartment hatte kein Fenster . Der Außenbereich war ein dunkler Schacht. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist äußerst feucht.Ana, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und hat mich sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt. Da mein Koffer nicht angekommen ist, hat sie mir bei den Formalitäten geholfen.

Calidad - precio en comparación con otros lugares, está muy bien. Además Ana, la anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Lo único que echamos de menos, fue un poquito más de luz natural y un poco más de ventilación, por el exceso de humedad. Pero en general, la estancia fue agradable. Si vienes a pasar algunos días a Valencia y hacer turismo, ¡la recomiendo!

Die Eigentümerin war super nett und hat sich total lieb gekümmert, vielen Dank dafür. Der Freisitz ist aufgrund der Tauben (Federn/Kacke) leider nicht so schön wie auf dem Bild. Aber dafür kann keiner was. Da Metro und Bus direkt um die Ecke sind und zu Fuß in die Altstadt nur 30min sind, war es ein super Ausgangspunkt um València zu entdecken.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The internet connection was excellent, and the host was extremely kind, providing me with all the necessary information as well as flyers about the area. The apartment is small but very charming, equipped with everything one might need. Don't expect luxury, but for the price, it is absolutely worth it.

Lokacija app je blizu vseh stvari, ki sva si jih lahko ogledala tako peš, kot tudi z najetimi kolesi. Lastnica je izjemno prijazna in je vedno priskočila na pomoč, od tega da naju je prišla iskat na letališče in odpeljala v stanovanje, do tega da je bilo pripravljeno v stanovanje vse ...hrana , pijača, toaletne potrebšcine .. Škoda da stanovanje nima pravega balkona, ampak je bilo tudi tako vse ok. Preživela sva lep dopust

Ana is an absolute star. We have been picked up from the airport and been dropped at the location where we have been taken through everything that we needed to know. There were plenty of cold drinks and snacks for us. Regarding the bugs, that are mentioned in other reviews, Valencia's fauna is reach and depending on which time of the year you are coming to visit they might fly in if you leave a window open but this is the same for any place that you might choose to stay in. Other than this, the apartment has everything you need and Valencia is absolutely gorgeous. If you are planing to go on a budget this will more than do. Overall, very happy.

I would love to be able to comment on the property itself, but the host cancelled on us the day before, leaving us stranded without accommodation. In fact, worse still, the host stopped engaging with us altogether and would not answer our calls or respond to our messages. They stated that we hadn't told them our arrival time, despite us responding via Whatsapp 24 hours before. The result was us having to fork out for a much more expensive option last-minute. To top it all off, the refund was only partial as the host refused to officially cancel the reservation in the system, meaning we were left short of all the money we had paid. Luckily, the Customer Service team managed to sort this out for us. Luckily, we know how to make the best out of a bad situation and we still had a fab time in Valencia, despite this.

Ana es estupenda. Y de verdad hace todo lo posible para que te encuentres a gusto, incluso venirme a buscar al aeropuerto!El sitio está muy bien comunicado (metro, bus) pero andando se está a 25 minutos del centro histórico y al lado del río (Gulliver, Palau de la Música, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias). La cama comodísima, la nevera llena, la ducha con caudal y temperatura. Buen wifi. Buen aire acondicionado. Silencio a la noche, a pesar de que había una verbena al lado. Sí se oye a la gente entrar de noche, entiendo que es una antigua estancia del portero en un edificio que tiene muchos años.El patio no lo usamos porque siempre había palomas. Muy recomendable, y a destacar de nuevo el trato y la amabilidad de Ana.Muchas gracias por todo!

Ana verdient veel lof voor de communicatie omtrent het verblijf en om haar gastvrijheid. Ten eerste stond ze ons op het vliegveld op te wachten, hetgeen ons een zoektocht bespaarde. We kregen duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving en het openbaar vervoer en er was een openbaar vervoerkaart voor ons klaargelegd, die we konden gebruiken. Ana had zelfs aan de verjaardag van mijn partner gedacht. Heel attent. De koelkast was goed gevuld. De accommodatie was redelijk schoon, het bed sliep uitstekend, de keuken is voldoende uitgerust voor een ontbijt of niet al te grote maaltijd. De buitenplaats is niet erg uitnodigend (vanwege duiven, die werden gevoederd door de bovenburen) maar dit wordt aangepakt. De douche kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Een prima douche (goede straal en lekker warm water), maar een erg klein wasbakje om je aan te scheren of te wassen. Een goede afzuiger zou niet verkeerd zijn, want je ziet sporen van en ruikt vocht. Als je een paar dagen verblijft in Valencia, dan is dit een prettige accommodatie. Het openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand, ook de rivierbedding is dichtbij, een supermarkt om de hoek en een paar gezellige eet- en drinkgelegenheden in de nabije omgeving.

Nos lo hemos pasado fenomenal. La ubicacion es genial para pasear caminando si necesidad de transporte. El paseo del rio muy cerca y hemos quedado encantadas! Estaba todo correcto y muy limpio. Idéal pour un court séjour en amoureux

Toilettes bouchées dès l’arrivée, douche défaillante, Wi-Fi inutilisable… Aucun dépannage possible pendant tout le séjour. Malgré nos signalements, aucune solution concrète n’a été apportée par la propriétaire Rien ne correspond à l’annonce. Une vraie galère.Aucun respect des voyageurs.N’y allez pas, c’est une perte de temps et d’argent.

La persona que lo gestiona es muy amable y servicial, te da todo tipo de indicación/ayuda que necesites, incluso te recoge en el aeropuerto. La ubicacion del estudio muy bien comunicada pero por la noche da sensacion de inseguridad, en esa calle te diria que hay pocos valencianos viviendo...el estudio en si es muy pequeño, es un bajo interior, supongo que una sala de contadores o trastero rehabilitado. Para pasar 1 o 2 noches puede valer si tu intencion es solo ir a dormir. El baño huele bastante mal, imagino que fosa septica cercana o similar.

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein mit optimaler Lage. Wenn das erkunden der Stadt im Vordergrund steht ist das die perfekte Wahl.Und allem voran ist die Gastgeberin ein Engel vor welchem Herren oder welcher Herrin auch immer. Allein ihretwegen und dieser Bekanntschaft, wäre der Aufenthalt schon lohnend gewesen.Aber... Valencia lädt auch so zum verlieben in die Stadt ein!

Fue muy acertado escoger esta opción para pasar mis vacaciones con mi pareja. La Sra Ana excelente anfitriona, me fue a buscar al aeropuerto y hasta me dio una tarjeta de transporte urbano con varios viajes. La cercanía con los lugares de interés turísticos es lo más resaltante. En el apartamento contamos con todo lo necesario para llegar sin preocuparnos de hacer compras. Teníamos café, bebidas, agua suficiente, artículos de uso personal, toallas etc. la cama era muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado colocaba la temperatura adecuada. Un área de terraza muy acogedora que nos permitía pasar un rato acogedor. Gracias a la Sra Ana por hacernos sentir como en casa. Lo recomendamos enormemente.
