* 4 of the 6 units in this complex have a small terrace

Units 1 and 2 do not include a terrace, while Units 3 through 6 have access to a communal patio. If you would like an apartment with a terrace, please contact us prior to booking. Otherwise, your apartment will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking.

It's ideally located just a 12-minute walk from the historic city center, making it the perfect base to explore Valencia’s iconic sights, museums, and vibrant old town streets—without being right in the middle of the tourist hustle.



Getting Around:

Getting around from La Saïdia is easy and convenient. The neighborhood is well-connected by public transport, with several bus and metro stops nearby that take you quickly to all parts of Valencia, including the beach and City of Arts and Sciences.



Other Things to Note:

The building has six quiet, equally sized studio apartments, each with a private entrance. Four face a peaceful patio, and two face a quiet street. Good insulation ensures all units stay tranquil at night. Last-minute bookings are often available. Your specific apartment will be assigned based on availability at the time of booking.
