Amazing location but problems

Host is wonderful. However we had an issue with moldy and musty conditions. We were a very last minute booking and floor was so dirty had to wash my feet before getting into bed. Musty towels and bedding. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything around us. Even the upstairs neighbor going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Headed back from going out to brunch (unit is in a fabulous location) and the toilet was leaking a puddle on the floor. The host addressed the situation immediately, did not have a similar place for us to go and refunded us the money for the next three nights so we could move into a hotel. We did pay for the night we stayed and all charges for the whole booking cleaning for the entire booking and vbro fee.

Nice and clean apartment with a good location

Very nice apartment! The location of the apartment is great. It is nearby a big square where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The owner made a little guiding book where you can find tips and tricks about Valencia and the places to be. This was very helping. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you want to stay in Valencia!

Molto grazioso

Appartamento molto grazioso in pieno centro a pianta quadrata con giardinetto interno. Non ha finestre che affaccino all'esterno, solo interne il che non fa rendere conto del meteo esterno ma non è un grosso problema. Comodo e ben arredato. So che la padrona di casa aveva avuto seri problemi con gli inquilini precedenti e giustifico così il fatto che l'appartamento non fosse pulitissimo.

Great Location and Accomodating

The apartment has a great location since it is located in the old center of Valencia. The apartment is close to all the major attractions around the city and our family loved the nearby locations. The owners are very accommodating and will gladly assist you with the check-in, where to go, where to eat, and how to get around with transportation.
