The newly renovated apartment, in a protected building from 1850, is located in the Mercado district, Ciutat Vella (Downtown), the most beautiful and central city. Enabled as a comfortable Loft, with excellent qualities and super comfortable because of its location, including a nice balcony.
You will also find everything you need for your stay in the kitchen area and in the bathroom area.
As a curiosity, in the rehabilitation a piece of the old defensive wall of the City of Valencia of the 11th century was found.

Historic Studio Stay

This clean studio was well equipped with a balcony overlooking a relatively quiet side street, no more than 10 min walk to most attractions with a couple of restaurants right across from it. Kitchen was equipped for most basic cooking needs and there was a washer available. Only downside was the 4 flights of narrow stairs but we only had to navigate it 2x with the luggage. Would absolutely stay again as Raul was a lovely host

Perfect location

Great option for the price and location. The apartment is quaint and in an older building, it could use a few minor upgrades on amenities but overall it was perfect and I would book it again. It’s right in the center of everything to do.

Excellent little apartment

Brilliant location at the centre of all you might want to visit in the old city. Apartment is clean and felt secure. Raul was a good communicator and was there when we arrived to help us with our luggage and show us round. There is a narrow staircase up to the apartment with 40-plus steps and this might be a problem if you are unfit. There are a few tiny things that could be done to improve the facilities in the apartment...a coat hook or two, a kettle (in addition to the coffee machine provided) and some larger towels. These, however, are minor points and we would recommend this apartment.

Living history in one of Europe’s oldest cities

Raul was a wonderful host! He welcomed us at the apartment with recommendations and some great bits of history. He’s done a nice job of modernizing the apartment while keeping its old charm and character. Raul thought of every little detail - coffee, tea, body wash, extra towels and so on. We really enjoyed our week in the apartment, and hope to come back.

Prima studio op een geweldige locatie

Raul is een meer dan prima gastheer. Was vanaf de boeking tot en met het verblijf altijd bereid om indien nodig te helpen. De studio is zeker voor 2 personen aan te bevelen. Qua ligging kan het niet beter. Jammer dat de trap zo smal is en er geen lift is, maar andere kant is het ook wel de charme van het pand. De zit (slaap)bank zit niet echt comfortabel en het bed is niet echt breed. Voor de verder rest is de studio mooi, schoon en compleet. Zelfs kruiden zoals zout is voorhanden. Met een balcon zo klein, maar zo charmant. Mercadoña supermarkt ligt op 8 min lopen en anders zijn er verschillende Carrefour Express supermarkten snel te vinden. En natuurlijk Mercat Central op 3 min lopen. Een bakker vind je bij wijze van spreken op iedere hoek. En Starbucks op 50 meter afstand is een bonus. Valencia Bikes op hooguit 5 min wandelen heeft echt fijne fietsen, die we in de avond tegen diefstal konden stallen om de volgende dag weer op te halen. Als echte Nederlanders hebben erg veel gefietst, tot zelfs naar Albufera toe. Wat een geweldige stad is Valencia. Dus Raul, bedankt voor alles.

Neat little apartment in a great location

The apartment had everything we needed for our three night stay and Raul was a very helpful host. The location right in the centre of the old city was superb and also quiet (apart from some early morning building site noise at the back). The bed was very comfortable and being able to sit on the little balcony in the evening was fun. The stairs up to the front door on the third floor are narrow and could be challenging with heavy luggage but we were fine with them. If we have the chance to visit Valencia again this would certainly be the place to stay.

Tolle Unterkunft im Altstadtkern von Valencia! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Valencia, wirklich eine schöne Stadt.Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Appartement gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Biopark (Zoo) und der Strand mit dem Bus in 15-20min.(1,50€ pP). Raul ist ein sehr unkomplizierter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der immer schnell erreichbar war falls wir Infos oder Hilfe benötigten. Wir waren Ende September / Anfang Oktober in Valencia, hatten nicht einen Tag Regen und im Schnitt 27°, also auch bestes Wetter für einen Badeurlaub am Strand von Valencia. Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Frühstücksbalkon und ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft und nette Betreuung Raul :). Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal nach Valencia! Viele Grüße aus Hamburg

Sehr schöne Wohnung in absolut zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, wenn auch die Küche aufgrund nur einer Kochplatte nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet ist. Den kleinen, aber feinen Balkon haben wir rege genutzt. Die Lage ist genial und nachts ab Mitternacht auch ruhig. Wenn man bei geschlossenen Fenstern schläft, hört man aber nichts. Die Kommunikation war problemlos, Check-in und Check-out auch. Die Restauranttipps waren ausgezeichnet. Jederzeit wieder!!

Perfect location, lovely owner

The apartment is brilliantly located in the Cuidad Vella - near all the historic attractions and loads of good restaurants and and bars. Easy to walk to Jardin du Turia and easy metro to the beach. Loads going on in March - we didn't know about the Mascletas and the atmosphere was brilliant. We also somehow ended up staying in a mini heatwave. The apartment is small but perfect for two. We ate in a few nights on the balcony which was nice. Raul left us pods for the nespresso and there were lots of handy bits - like oil and vinegar, coffee and teabags - so you can easily make yourself at home. Raul was a very helpful host, waiting for us to arrive and letting us know about things on locally. A great apartment we would stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön - Valencia ein Traum

Wir waren Anfang November 2016 für eine Woche in Valencia. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt, 2 Gehminuten von der Plaza de la Reina entfernt. Sie liegt im 2. Stock in einer kleinen Gasse. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal, sehr schön und modern saniert. Raul hat uns herzlich empfangen, gibt Tipps für interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten und ist jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Stadt bietet so viel und es ist herrlich am Abend in den Gassen zu bummeln oder draußen zu essen. Ein Auto benötigt man nicht, es gibt auch kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Unter der Plaza de la Reina befindet sich ein Parkhaus, dieses kostet 20,20 €/24 Stunden. Eine Bushaltestelle ist aber ganz in der Nähe und man kommt bequem überall hin. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen vielleicht auch noch mal wieder – zu Raul und zum MotoGP in Valencia

Great location but too many stairs!

Although we never met Raul in person, he was very good at communicating with us before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the main square and many attractions are within walking distance.....a definite plus! The apartment is small but adequate and Raul has fitted it with all you might need for a short stay. However, in all the previous reviews that we read, we saw no mention of the stairs one needs to climb to access the apartment...there are 33 stairs up a narrow winding staircase so if mobility and difficulty carrying your bags are an issue, then this apartment is not for you! The apartment was clean but this review would have earned an extra star rating if newer towels and bedsheets were provided.

De eigenaar was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs onze aankomst om half 1 in de nacht was geen probleem! Het bed was wat aan de kleine kant maar verder was alles aanwezig zelfs koffie! Super mooi en heerlijk verblijf.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Valencia

Raul was very responsive and we Whats-App chatted leading up to my stay. It's clear Raul has put a lot of work into making this a comfortable apartment for his guests. I especially appreciated the motorized blinds on the patio door. They did a great job of blocking out light so we could sleep soundly. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would recommend it others.

This is a quaint.clean apartment. It was in a perfect location. Everything was in walking distance and Raul was very pleasant to work with. It is small, but for two people it was perfect. I would highly recommend this apartment.
