“Se asemeja bastante a lo esperado. Lo que no ha gustado no tiene que ver con arena 20 sino con la forma de construir y diseñar, por ejemplo hay pequeñas corrientes que al no haber puertas no se atenúan, la calefacción (en febrero) se ha necesitado pero es bomba de calor con el aire acondicionado, de difícil regulación y distribución del calor, y el aislamiento acústico no es de lo mejor. La gestión es satisfactoria, al tener problema responden rápido y amable. El agua caliente tras varias……

“Se trata de un edificio antiguo, pero el apartamento está reformado por dentro con muy buen gusto. Se encuentra extremadamente limpio. Tiene mucha luz. Toda la zona es de parquímetro de pago, pero se aparca sin problema cruzando Gran Vía El acceso y entrega de llaves es muy cómodo, pero mejoraría la comunicación, ya que hasta el último día no nos dieron instrucciones sobre el acceso. Alguna información como el tema de la fianza no está bien explicado en la web y en la reserva y da lugar a ……

“Freundlicher Gastgeber, eine gut ausgestattete große Wohnung mit einer schönes Terrasse in zentraler Lage. Die Betten waren bequem. Nur der Straßenlärm machte uns in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen zu schaffen.”

“Host communication was timely and helpful and the location of this home was ideally situated for exploring Valencia. Unfortunately, I was ill for a bit of our stay, but the beautiful view from the patio and balcony and the kitchen made recovery that much easier. We hope to get back to Valencia for a do-over someday soon and I would love to stay here again. The only challenge is the many steep stairs to climb to the top floor location, but they were definitely worth the effort. ”

“Ana fue un encanto, nos recogió en la estación incluso llegando súper tarde e hizo que llegáramos a cenar a tiempo sin tener por qué hacerlo :) En el apartamento nos dejó agua, alguna bebida y snacks, un detalle! Era pequeño, pero estaba muy bien ubicado, al lado de la ciudad de las artes, pero también del centro, justo en un punto medio! Lo malo que tenía era el ruido del portal, que se escuchaba mucho, y que el baño olía un poco fuerte, había poca ventilación en general. Al menos tenía una……
