“Todo perfecto, comunicacion desde el principio muy bien con el propietario, lo unico que no nos gusto fue que las camitas del dormitorio de la planta baja, practicamente duermes en el suelo por lo que las personas que duerman hay tienen que ser niños, en nuestro caso , fuimos con un nene con una enfermedad rara que no puede subir escaleras y sus papas tuvieron que dormir ahi con el, y fue un poco incomodo, pero por lo demas todo genial, la casa perfecta, el lugar precioso , los dueños muy……

“La casa resulta muy cómoda para una estancia larga y tranquila. La cocina es grande y está bien equipada, las barbacoas estupendas y la piscina es amplia aunque no pudimos utilizarla por la climatología. En general, la casa está bien equipada y limpia. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero se solucionó de forma rápida. El ruido de los perros es el normal de una urbanización en la que hay perros al cuidado de chalets, nada más. “Great, modern apartment in an area we are familiar with. Modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Dual aspect patio doors, we could step out directly to the pool area through the back doors and front doors led to a lovely private terrace, ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Two en-suite double bedrooms, there were just two of us, so used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was very prompt Would recommend”

“It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed”

“Thank you for staying in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the apartment is in terrible condition. I'm sorry guests don't respect someone else's property. In the bathroom, a falling ceiling and water pouring in rain, mold in the corners, yellow hood with grease, dirty fridge, oven and toaster. It was very dirty and lack of basic cleaning products (toilet paper 1 roll for two bathrooms, garbage bags, kitchen dishwasher, dishwasher capsules). The cleaning price is high and the effects are……

“El apartamento está muy bien...a los cafeteros les informo que no hay cafetera así que me hice café de puchero... Hay que pagar en mano a la Sra de la limpieza y esto no está incluido en el precio inicial así que considero que debe incluirlo y si eres muy tiquis miquis con las almohadas, llévate la tuya.... Hay restaurantes muy cerca como Casa Paco donde te puedes llevar la comida a casa. El problema de la zona es la calidad del agua del Mar Menor y del Mediterráneo. Cómo no solucionen este……
