“This place was walkable to everything (no hills, no golf cart necessary) and the host was fantastic! Check in was easy and the private pool was an absolute must for the heat (we visited in June so it was still very humid). Great kitchen and plenty of outdoor space to relax with the kids. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this hilltop home in Sayulita! The property offered the perfect blend of privacy, safety, and comfort. Tucked away above town with breathtaking views of the ocean, sunsets and lush surroundings. The house itself was beautifully designed with a great floor plan and a private pool. “The property was just as it was listed, 7 bdrms/5+ bathrooms and worked perfectly for what we were looking for. The backyard opens onto the golf course and was fabulous. The kitchen had been updated with new cabinets and appliances (except the fridge - which worked fine) and there was a good supply of pots/pans/dishes/utensils etc. We had a Great week hanging out as a family, enjoying the sunshine and the beauty of Puerto Vallarta and the house is just minutes to the Marina Malecon and across……

“We loved our stay here. I've been to PV before and stayed in a newer condo, but this time I wanted something more authentic. And this house delivered. From the decor, to the pool and grounds, and feel, it was exactly what I was looking for. The only down side was not finding a cocktail shaker for margs, but we made do. “Communication from the owner and the property manager was excellent prior and during the stay. Our property manager helped arrange round trip private transportation from the airport, he had golf carts delivered when we arrived, and he arranged for a private chef to cook for 19 people. The location of the property is great. It is a 5-7 minute walk to downtown Sayulita, but is far enough that it is not loud at night. All rooms have AC. Golf carts are not required, but know you will be walking up……
