「This is a house still under renovation, everywhere is a mass, the kitchen roof is leaking, others rooms are still under construction, full of garbage in the yard and unfinished rooms, you can see workers in daytime and feel not safe, this lead to dirty on the floor, our rooms are also not clean, with holes one the bed sheet evenI cannot believe it can be rented if the description is true!the worst rental experience I have!」

「Staff was a little cold and wrapped up in personal stuff. Not really appealing when you've been traveling. Most of the guests had been there for a Long time and they took it over like it's theirs」

「The room was spotless when I arrived. Shower was plenty hot. Heater worked well. Common area was fun. No issue with noise during the designated quiet time.」

「The staff were very kind and efficient. The neighborhood was a bit rougher than I expected. The tenants were lovely and I didn’t have any problems with anyone on site. Could use more trash disposal and cleaning. Just a heads up but then it is very inexpensive. 」
