“The description and the pictures were exactly what was listed. Great location close to places to walk to. Loved the vibe and decor of the house. Only suggestion would be to have maybe a patio table and chairs to enjoy the deck outside.”

“Good host, location pretty close to downtown, clean and comfortable unit.”

“This lovely apartment exceeded all expectations and actually looked better in person, than in photos, which is rare these days! Extremely clean and well organized space, parking was plentiful, SO QUIET, and the location was ideal since it was off of the main roads so there was no noise, but very close for convenience of travel. Will definitely stay here again! Jerry and Natasha could not have been better to work with and were even able to accommodate my request of a slightly earlier check-in,……

“I love the cottage and I have stayed there four times. However, this year was different. There is a construction yard surrounding it on two sides. For me, that takes away from the peacefulness and the privacy. Every other aspect of the cottage is great. Parking is easy, location is perfect, the bed is comfortable, TV access to streaming is great and the added courtyard is pleasant.”

“Place was clean and the lake view was nice. Everything went good.”

“The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great! The small desk in the bedroom was perfect for getting a few things done on my laptop. It’s an older home, so there may not be as many outlets as you expect. Next time we’ll bring an extension cord! We weren’t able to get the fold out bed to work, but our son was comfortable sleeping on the large, soft couch. The king size bed in the bedroom was……

“Absolutely lovely stay, convenient, clean, and full of everything we needed. We hope to be back in the future!”

“This was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. The price was similar but we had a full kitchen and lots of extra space. The host made the space feel homey and inviting. The towels were plush and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Next time we visit our daughter we will stay again.”

“Bill was a great host. Got back to me right away and was very helpful and friendly.”

“A quiet location with straightforward parking options. The rooms were basic but seemed cleaner compared to other budget places I've been to.”

“Everything was great nice space, very clean, lots of room ! Would definitely stay again !”

“Very clean unit and quiet complex. Was perfectly located for us while our daughter was checking out Gonzaga Univ. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future!”

“The back porch and railing are in need of attention. The property is very well located. Be aware you are sharing the house with an upstairs tenant. The couch is tired. The bedrooms are very large and quiet. The tub is small and not sized for bathing. The inside and out are clean. The blankets could use replacing. The host will not budge if you need to change plans. We tried to cancel but there was no ability to refund any money, even with the wildfires. Overall, a good place.”

“The apartment was clean and roomy and attractive. The hostess was amazing. We will stay there again.”

“Most amazing little cabin . Perfect getaway to unwind and have a few cold beers ”

“The place was exactly what we were looking for. The backyard is very nice and private. We are evacuees from the Spokane wildfires and this gave us a touch of home. The host was quick to respond with all our questions (thank you).”

“The property was perfect for our needs and the host was great. We plan to stay there again when we visit our daughter.”

“Everything was perfect, if I had anything I could say I wish was better it would just be I wish the host was a little easier to get a hold of. The barbecue was not ready but they did bring it to us. Super cute little place.”
