Nik ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und entspannter Gastgeber, den wir gerne persönlich kennen gelernt hätten. 「Wir waren als Paar für zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick. 「We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.」

「A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets.」

「Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. 「Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng.
