「This was the first VRBO I’ve done and it couldn’t have been an easier experience! To call this our home for a week was easy! So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas...

「This beautiful studio has a rushing river and mountain peaks right in your backyard!. So quiet and beautiful. Kitchen equipped and bed super comfortable. We had a wonderful time!」

「Great pre-stay communication with owner regarding kitchen amenities (the units have a stovetop but no oven). Please to find most basic kitchenware included (pot, pan, can opener, knives, salt/pepper, strainer). Quiet location, centrally located in Palmdale. The pool looks nice, even though we didn’t use it. They *may* be serving continental breakfasts again, though I’m not sure whether that was a Christmas morning exception. Thanks!!」

「We have been a lots of places and a lots of rentals but the experience we had at the property was nothing compares with other ones. The property owner Sam was the one of the best people l ever meet very friendly polite and kind I’m looking forward to go back because to many things we could do because of the rain. 「Nicely decorated and equipped all the comforts of home. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful garden. Nice patio. Great kitchen to cook meals in. Bathrooms equipped with all comforts of home. Close to village enjoyed the nice weather and walking to the village. Very nice sized dinning room area for a family dinner. Beautiful views out the window.」
