“Great rental”

“The property is older and could use some TLC, but it was exceptionally clean on the inside and fine for our two night stay with friends. The outside could use attention, it needs to be cleaned like the inside. The mattresses were comfortable, but should probably be replaced. Overall a good place for the price.”

“We rented what is described as a Cozy Cabin in a “Resort” on Lake Tansi. It was, in fact, what I would describe as a 1950’s Grade B family vacation “resort.” I’m sure that in by-gone days it was considered pretty nice but too many years, too much MILDEW and insufficient maintenance/renovation have taken their toll.We had to have the toilet reset the day we arrived because it leaked and wet the floor, the towels were insufficient and sleeping 6 people in this “cabin” was a big stretch. The……

“Loved the space and location! When I needed to ask a question of the owner, I received a prompt and helpful response.”

“Great place to stay, lovely view and plenty to do.”

“The property was wonderful! Very nicely appointed and very clean! Lots of amenities were available and were a nice surprise.”

“The condo itself was very nice just as described. And we enjoyed ourselves. My children 8 YO learned how to fish on their own and caught a lot of fish. The road to the condo is washed pretty good. Luckily I have a SUV. We arrived at night and questioned if we were at the right place because of that. The condo only has a TV in the main living area. So my kids couldn't watch what they wanted without everyone watching it. And I like to watch a little bit of TV in bed to relax to. But we managed. ……

“This was our second time staying here. We love the area and the proximity to family and shopping. It’s a great location. The beach is very well maintained and gorgeous. The place we stayed at was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be coming back.”

“Beautiful condo with lovely views. It was well furnished with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Five stars for cleanliness and host communication was top notch. We highly recommend and plan to return.”

“Will visit again!!”

“We enjoyed our stay and close to fall creek falls. However first impressions of property was the feeling of an awesome place at one time but somehow it has been forgotten. May because of for sale sign and bird poo on step and handrails. Somebody did clean it a next day or so. Once you walked inside you felt like it was good. Nice refuge.”

“Perfect spot”

“It was a beautiful place and they thought of everything, I'm shorter and the bed was pretty high, they had a step stool for short people like me. It's those special things, things they didn't have to provide that makes the place even more special. ”

“Really dated and unattractive. Uncomfortable bed. Would not recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and our family friendly”

“Great property that exceeded expectation. Beautiful accommodations that were spotless. Had one issue with loud noise from the upstairs unit our first night but it was taken care of. We will be back.”

“I was moved to a different unit last minute due to maintenance, but Miranda was great to work with. The property was as advertised and our family enjoyed the stay.”

“Southern Blue was modern while maintaining its southern charm. The condo was clean, the rooftop patio was comfortable, and the community was incredibly friendly!”

“Excellent location with downtown shops and eateries within easy walking distance. On-site dining is great, too. Management was responsive to issues we encountered after check-in.”
