“Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers”

“We had an amazing time on Rita Cruise, everything was well organised and Helen took care of us all time, she's been very helpfully and careering. If you can stay for 2 nights! The food was excellent and the drinks well priced and good!”

“Trip from the wharf on the tender (boat big enough to fit 40 or so people) took about 40 minutes to get out to the boat moored out in Halong Bay. Had set menu lunch and dinner tasting menu food was good. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom nice with porthole window in the shower. Activities were good including kayaking, squid fishing and visit to cave. Favourite activity for the family was the karaoke. Pool was a very big spa that was well utilised. Shuttle transfer……
