“It was a great birthday getaway I had a terrific time. Peace and quiet it was filled with all amenities of home. I had not had a chance to fish in years truly enjoyed and caught lots of fish. “Family traveled for the SEC Tournament! Was in a perfect location and had plenty of room to spread out and rest in comfort. There is a train that passes at night so that was a surprise, but wasn’t extremely loud. Definitely would stay again next year!”

“Air conditioner needs to be serviced it makes a loud noise all night long. Dishwasher needs be fixed, leaked on the floor. Parking was an issue due to a new roof being installed and we had no notice of this issue, if the air conditioning and dishwasher is fixed I would probably stay there again.”

“My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from UAB. Close to UAB which was our objective . Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to some not so nice areas. I had a small issue with not receiving access code prior to check in but owner rectified situation right away. House was clean and enjoyabe, sleeping quarters downstairs was a little cold. Overall very good stay !”

The room was quite large and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was great with quite a few options to choose from. There was complimentary water and some drinks as well as cookies available.
