不满意：清洁度
A few concerns; I do not usually leave a stay early and I broke this reservation. The street and the house are under construction and the listing does not share this. The way the ad is written makes it seem the whole first floor [living quarters at least] are yours and private, but there are other units there. Also, the private bath is not in the room, and there is no external lock for that door [though there is for the bedroom].The kitchen was not clean and the hostess frantically cleaned my first day there. Even after: another guest has taken over the kitchen and leaves her foot in pots all over the counter, and when she cleans she takes over the entire kitchen -- all the counter -- and is there at dinner time for hours. The host does not advise her otherwise. When I wrote to address it with the host, I came in the kitchen and saw her showing the guest my messages; it was very "middle-school" and unprofessional. My shower did not work when I got there and I thus have no idea how the shower would have been cleaned to prepare for my arrival. The host replaced it once I complained. The mattress on the room needs to be replaced; it caves in the middle from too many people sleeping in it. There is a funny smell in the house, like the carpet needs to be cleaned.
