Great location

Place was as described, convenient location. Parking was easy, check in and check out process easy to understand, no issues. Communication was not an issue, quick to respond

Great for extended family stay

Property was exactly as described. Lots of space to accommodate 8 people, which wasn’t easy to find in Vancouver. Communication was excellent. Unfortunately the elevator broke during our stay, which meant carrying all of our bags down several flights of stairs (thank goodness it was working at checkin). While we felt safe in the building and immediate area, I will say it was close to some streets with lots of homeless and blatant drug use. I guess this can happen in any large city, I just wasn’t prepared for it.

Cool place

the patios and hot tub were great, with a lovely view. The neighborhood is convenient to stores and tourist areas, but, like much of Vancouver, having a tough time with folks on the street using a lot of drugs. Three of the bedrooms were super nice, the fourth one is extremely extremely small (literally inches btw bed and walls in every direction) and has two glass walls and no fan, making it very hot for summer. The apartment sleeps 8 plus but only seats 4 at the table, which is a shame. building has nice amenities. Host are SERIOUS about check in time, will not answer phone even a minute earlier. btw glass walls and tables and doorway ledges, maybe not a good idea for small kids.

Overall, the place was as advertised and our family enjoyed the stay! We will definitely seek to stay here if we are ever back in Vancouver. Grateful for the hospitality and communication.

Excellent séjour!

Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous étions 4 adultes et 1 bébé de 8 mois et l’endroit était parfait pour nos besoins. Tout était propre et nous avons reçu un excellent service de la part de l’hôte. Très bien situé près de tous les services.
