“This was a wonderful place to stay, the decor and rooms were in keeping with the Victorian-style home, and the beds and bathroom facilities were modern and comfortable. There was a delicious home-made snack available when we arrived, and the patio seating area was beautiful & quiet. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing.
