Top Vandemere Hotel Reviews

Inn at Oriental

10/10 Excellent

"Such a beautiful property. My daughter and I used the game room for relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast and meeting/talking with the owners. They were very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly choose the inn at oriental anytime visit this area. You can walk the entire town from the location. I walked to the deli, coffee shop, river and the marina. Driving the short distance to New Bern was also a treat. Very cute town."

Experience old Oriental

10/10 Excellent

"We rarely get away but this is our once in a while getaway and return to this wonderful home. Everything about it is perfect. It is welcoming and peaceful. The screened in porch cannot be beat for sitting and just taking in the scenery. It is super close to everything and is decorated perfectly. Everything we need is always there. We did miss having the fence this time but once again had an absolutely perfect stay. This location is the best place to stay in this cute little town. It is walking distance from everything and is charming and welcoming. It is the perfect place to decompress."

Comfy Corner large comfortable one room condo near golf course and restaurant.

10/10 Excellent

"It's a very quiet property location. Excellent spot to get away from teenage trick-or-treating.I never met the host face-to-face, and didn't need to. Instructions were perfect and simple to follow. There were plenty of to-go cups, paper plates and Keurig pods (just not my thing, but there's plenty of drip coffee if you want). There's a fridge in the room as well.I will easily stay here again!"

Drake's Cove - Waterfront Oasis

8/10 Good

"Everything was great except for there was a problem with the TV freezing up. The host walked us through steps to get it resolved. She offered to buy a new TV and bring it and have it set up. We ended up figuring out the problem and everything worked fine after that. It’s a beautiful place and we would stay there again!"

The Pungo Perch: Waterfront Retreat with Boat Lift, Fishing & Pets Welcome

10/10 Excellent

"Pungo Perch is a real gem. There is an enclosed backyard perfect to let the dogs run free. Under the house is a beautiful sitting area with grill, water, and a firepit. Everything was spotless, and the host added some unexpected and necessary items, avoiding trat first quick trip to the store. The house is in a quiet area, and not far from Belhaven. Communication with the host was excellent! If you are looking for a rental in the Belhaven area, make sure you look at Pungo Perch."

Come Experience Riverside - A Cozy Cottage with Beautiful Pamlico River Views

10/10 Excellent

"The hosts of this property are wonderful, great communicators, and very hospitable. The property is just as listed, a beautiful location and extremely peaceful. The House is newly renovated, was very clean and comfortable with many supplies provided by the hosts. The private dock is well built and very solid. This is a fabulous place to get away from it all."
