"Breakfast was okay. Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"The room was ground level had missing slats from blinds we had to cover 2 windows with towels and sheets so no one could see in. The kitchen had 1 fork 1 spoon 2 knifes a family of 5 cant eat with that. The pull out bed was terrible. To use bed you had to unfold the bed there was no mattress to it. Had wood frame throught the middle it was like sleeping on ground.They served breakfast everyday it was ok but staff in kitchen area was very RUDE. I had called hotel before booking to ask was pool open and was waffles part of breakfast and was told yes to both. Pool was not open and waffle batter was never brought out. When asked about waffles staff always had excuses for why it wasn't available. "

"Everything was very good overall! My one and only complaint was there seemed to be something splattered on our air conditioner and one of the head boards, but everything else was clean and the experience was a positive one. "

"The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the streetcar and within walking distance to restaurants and the streetcar. "

"The TV didn't work, there were cockroaches in the room and other bugs in the bed that bit me so badly I could sleep and my back was bleeding the next morning from itching. The staff thought this was totally normal and didn't feel they should even refund me anything so if hotels.com does nothing, I'll be filing several public complaints "

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "

"Older staff lady was very dry checking in. Items didn’t work in room, and couldn’t get them to work. Table in room was scratched up badly."
