“The single bedside lamp didn't work. The outlets in the room were so old and worn that a phone charger wouldn't seat tight enough to make a connection. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and a comforter. The breakfast area is so small that I presume it was originally a guest room that has been converted to a "breakfast area". They had no normal milk at breakfast, only Oat Milk. If this had been my first impression of the Marriott Bonvoy brand, I would not use them again.”

“Breakfast was not as fresh. Potatoes and eggs were cold. Room was nice, staff was great. Could have been cleaner. ”

Must be newly renovated the bathroom looked brand new beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy. .Extremely well maintained the staff was friendly and helpful gave us great suggestions for shopping and excursions. Breakfast had plenty of options. Honestly can’t say anything bad about our stay. Will definitely be back ”

“When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to……

“The rooms smell horrible and we’re disgusting. The sheets were dirty. The drawers were molded. The bathtub was molded toilet around it.”

“I felt very unsafe at this location. My room was towards back of property. When I entered the back door with a sign saying for your safety this door is kept locked at all times. Ironic as the latch was broken off and the door did not latch in any way!! I did get the very helpful housekeeping manager Jennifer to move me to the front of the building closer to the front desk and I bring my own security lock when traveling. I stayed the 1 night but if you’re traveling by yourself I don’t recommend……

“The place was gross! Floor was slippery, like it had never been mopped. There was a cockroach in my room. The shower was filthy.”
