The stay was blissful. Access to Ganga was just a stone throw away, mindful of 250 steps trek that is involved.
Furthermore, the staff were amazingly helpful and kind. Took care of our every necessity. Trainee, Ayush and staff member, Saif, Tarun and all were charmingly alert and kept a tab on our requirements with a smile.
Food was yummy and comforting in a way.

“We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had no idea during booking about the hotel and the great environment, now we regret that we did not stay there longer. The views of the Himalayas from the room were excellent. The hotel staff and their services were simply excellent. Every item of food were tasty and to our surprise they were HEALTHY AND PRACTICALLY OIL FREE.
The famous NEELKANTH temple is about 20 min. drive from the hotel, one can go easily early morning from the hotel and offer……

“ DO NOT GO TO THIS PEACE ZERO STAR Checked out at Atali Ganga. Place is beautiful but DONT TRUST the staff. THIEVES IN THE PROPERTY Our experience is Horrible!! While we went to get message in the hotel and did not lock the door to our room, someone from staff stole our wallet with credit card and money with personal Id card. Very disappointed Tanya is manager in duty. She is very nice got cctv and security to check room but did not find wallet so conclusion is staff stole it. She said……
“I had a very relaxing 3 night stay when visiting the Lansdowne area. The room was comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the food was good. My only niggles were (1) the location shown on the Hotels.com map is completely incorrect - it's 18 kms and a 40 minute drive away from the town, (2) both the hotel's card readers weren't set up for international cards - a bit of a problem when the nearest ATM is in Lansdowne! Hoepfully that's now been rectified. Apart from that, a great……
“Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also. On another call they told my husband she will try and book us in another hotel and never called back……
“CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE STAY AS AT THIS LOCATION YOU GET EVERYTHING ( PRETTY MUCH ) AS YOU DESIRE . RESORT PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY KEEP YOUR REQUEST . BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED GARDEN AND OUTDOOR SITTINGS . VERY GOOD PLACE TO UNWIND AND RELAX . JUST GO FOR IT .
