Villa Annette Beach House is located just 50 feets away from one of the finest and swimmable beaches in the Caribbean. Feel the ocean breeze from this second story unit, three bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps up to four guests. Eating area in a breakfast nook or at the balcony with the sound of the birds. Parking included in property with some space for small boats or kayaks if you choose to bring your own. With ocean within fifty feet, you may choose to be active in water sports or rest at the front open balcony or side outdoor courtyard.

I originally booked this stay during a tough time for my family, and in the chaos of last-minute reservations, I only realized later that it was 45 minutes away from where I needed to be. But you know what? I firmly believe things happen for a reason—and I was absolutely right.After long days of making arrangements, this place became my little slice of paradise. Sitting on the wrap-around porch in the evenings was pure heaven, and at first, I thought the gentle background sound was just the wind in the trees. Turns out—it was the ocean waves crashing onto the rocks! That moment of realization was magical. The beach was perfect, and the local food vendors? Let me tell you—the best Alcapurrias, hands down!By the end of our stay, we were already talking about coming back and booking all three floors—that’s how much we enjoyed it, even under the circumstances. Marianela was a fantastic host—super attentive, lightning-fast with replies (day or night), and incredibly helpful with local info. I also appreciated the sense of security, with the property well-lit throughout the night.If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have a welcome book with local excursions and instructions on how to book them, plus getting the outdoor BBQ patio ready to go. But honestly? That’s just me being picky. Everything else was just right.Thank you, Marianela, for making our stay so comfortable—I can’t wait to return!

Friendly host, close to beach

We had a great stay at the cozy apartment. The apartment owner greeted us warmly. Everything was in working order. We stayed throughout the week ofChristmas and were surprised by the nightly fireworks, which went late into the night. It’s not the end of the world just something to be aware of. Walking distance to the beach, groceries, several restaurants, and bakery.Be prepared for mosquitoes inside and out, it is an island after all.

I had an amazing time. Even my dog was comfortable.
