「We booked a car park and there was none free and we booked breakfast and couldn’t find it it wasn’t till I emailed them they responded 45 minutes later there was no staff on site the room wasn’t serviced but was the next .there was no fridge in the room even tho it has a park saying mini bar」

「The area was really cute, very relaxing and food options were good too. Had a lovely time」

「The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. We loved that the breakfast area became the place where people would meet and gather and play games together.」

「Très bel emplacement, face au parc. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel aimable」

「Too few parking spaces」

「The hire is pretty old but all is in good conditions. The small treats in the lobby every morning during SPIEL Essen is very kind and sweet!」
