It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”

The hosts were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a Pura Vida experience. Whether it was fishing in the pond, seeing the sloths, macaws, iguanas, turtles or herons it was fantastic. Their offers of fresh coconut, plantains, and fresh cane juice were well received. “This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned. This would be a very fun place for a group of friends as there was a big field to play in, tons of beds, and a big covered communal area to play games. It's definitely a change of pace from the busier,……

“This place was absolutely amazing. We loved it from the time we pulled in. Very beautiful property and the gate pulling in is so pretty. Daniella was very helpful and boy can she cook an amazing breakfast! Make sure to book her breakfast at the property at least once. We seen so much wildlife while just sitting on the beautiful porch, including monkeys. The house was very secure and safe. It was fully stocked with everything you could need.
