Small room, but generous sized bathroom. We had speedy WiFi, and access to fresh filtered water in the “kitchen” across the hall. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“Great location, very good breakfast. Clean suite and quiet at night”

“We enjoyed our stay, especially appreciated the great bedding, silent surroundings. May be would add more home-made products for breakfast and less the packaged ones.”
