“Superbe endroit !! Communication simple et efficace tant à distance qu’une fois sur place. Le personnel est gentil et nous avons eu de l’aide en français. L’appartement était propre et vraiment bien situé. Au delà de nos attentes 5 étoiles !!”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Bella la struttura, il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Unica pecca: ho prenotato una junior suite, ma il letto era un divano letto. Non ho dormito benissimo a causa della scomodità (sentivo la differenza di dove sotto c'era il pezzo di divano e di dove non c'era. Mi dispiace, ma il divano letto non può essere l'unico letto a disposizione di una camera senza che il cliente lo sappia, tra l'altro.”

“Sauberes Zimmer, eventuell etwas finster. War aber nicht zu störend. Pool war super für die Kinder, da es beim See keine Schattenplätze gibt. Personal ist äusserst freundlich gewesen.”
