Modern apartment in the Historic Centre of Venice located on the first floor, one minute from St. Mark's Square and five minutes from the Rialto Bridge, we are in the most exclusive location in all of Venice. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining table, a complete kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upon request 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). ID: IT027042B4UEEKA9OA

Leider waren die Betten nicht in getrennten Zimmern bezogen. Ich habe keinen Bettbezug bekommen.Die Haustür war nur unter größter Kraftanstrengung zu öffnen. es fehlten Fußmatten für die Dusche.Die Lage war fantastisch, die Ausstattung voll in Ordnung.

Great way to experience Venice

Absolutely loved the location. Not sure it could have been better. The little cafe across the street was the perfect place to start your day. Fast, efficient and friendly. The room itself as great. I hade reservations about my 2 kids sharing a pullout but it was quite comfortable. Also, i think the pillows in the bedroom were the most comfortable i have ever used. Loved being on the small side streets ...really gives you a better experience of everyday life there. Getting lost on these side streets was such a fun way to explore

Well situated for walking around Venice!

We spent 3 nights here and the home was close to our planned events so we walked everywhere. Nice and clean, we used the microwave a lot. In Italy you need to bring your own napkins, paper towels and tissues. There was a small washing machine but we didn’t use it. We enjoyed the air conditioning though! Thanks for making our Venice trip so pleasant.

WiFi ussue

The apartment was perfect overall, the location, the check in directions, the decoration, the cleanliness. It was exactly as advertised and was impeccable. The only negative was that we could not connect to the internet, the WiFi unit seemed to be dead and no matter what we tried it did not work. We messaged the owner and the alternative we were given also did not work for us. I am not sure if it is the location of the apartment (dead spot) or some other reason. It was not the end of the world, but we were relying on it for other reasons and had to find alternative options elsewhere. That said, I would stay here again with no hesitation.
