    The accommodation is located in Venice, Giudecca, in the beautiful building of the Molino Stucky, 19th century, which served as a mill and barn of Venice. The apartment is spacious (72 sqm) and has a standard capacity of 2 guests, which can be lifted to a maximum of 4 guests thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed. Parquet flooring and wood-beamed ceilings characterize the apartment. The decor is sober and essential and allows great freedom of movement. In the large living room an equipped semi-partition separates the sleeping area, with a double bed, from the living room. There is a large well-equipped kitchenette in the living room. Large entrance and bathroom. Conditioned air. The apartment is on the second floor, with lift. Concierge Service (8am to 5pm). Around the Molino Stucky, which also hosts the prestigious Hilton Hotel, ample green areas, well-kept. Restaurants, typical trattorias, shops, bars and supermarket nearby.

    Getting to your house from Venice Santa Lucia train station or from Piazzale Roma will be very simple. Take the public vaporetto, line 2, to the "Palanca" dock (6-7 stops): the house is just a 5 minute walk (about 300 meters). You're there.

    Giudecca is an island of Venice made up of a group of eight islets connected to each other and arranged in a gondola form. From the exclusive location of the famous Molino Stucky, proudly overlooking the Giudecca Canal, you can admire an unparalleled view of the rest of the city. The palace also houses the prestigious Hilton. Around the Molly Stucky ample green areas, well-kept. Restaurants, typical trattorias, shops and bars nearby. The Giudecca is inhabited by the Venetians and still preserves the most authentic flavor of Venice. It is off the massive tourist circuit, while being in the center, not far from Rialto and St. Mark's Square. A stay at the Giudecca therefore will never be disturbed by noise and confusion and will give our guests the best of Venice: its most authentic atmosphere.

Beautiful

This was a really wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing. There is a short walk from the water taxi and it is peaceful and clean. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay out of the main hub of Venice. Nice amenities and welcoming hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only problem we had was that my wife’s iPhone was stolen at the train station so dealing with that made us late yo our check-in.

View of Venice

The apartment is an excellent location for a visit to Venice. It is away from the crowds just far enough to access easily by boat, with an incredible view across the canal. There are plenty of restaurants and historic buildings on the island itself. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and well equiped. We would definitely return!

Loved our stay at the Molina Stucky apartment. Only four stops by water bus to San Marco. A nice quiet location across Guidecca canal from all the sights in Venice. Groceries and restaurants a short stroll away. The apartment was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Minutes walk to public water taxi that took us to the heart of Venice in less than 30 minutes. Amazing views of the canals. At night the local restaurants on both sides of the canal were delicious and far enough from the hustle and bustle to make you feel like a local. A definite gem.

We loved this property! Staying in Giudecca gave us the best of both worlds in Venice. We were a short boat ride across the lagoon to the beautiful city center and could return easily to the peace of our pretty apartment overlooking Venice and the lagoon. Groceries are in quick proximity. Communication with host was easy and an English speaking greeter was arranged. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

Quiet Romantic Venice

Love this apartment on Guidecca! Next door to the Mulino Stucky Hilton was great! Easy boat access to central Venice, but in a lovely quiet and non-touristy area. The Hilton next door was convenient for bag storage, as well as boat access to Venice, while also offering a place for late night cocktails/ meals. We enjoyed being away from the hub bub of central Venice, while still being on the water with easy access to all the sights within a short boat ride away. The apartment was spacious; check in was easy, and the building was nearly empty, thus completely quiet. Would happily stay there again.

Great property a short vaporetto ride away from At Mark's Square

A great property, with everything you could need, situated a short vaporetto ride away from all the sights of Venice. We were met by housekeeper Vicky, who explained all the amenities in the apartment. The building it's situated in is an old converted flour mill, with thick walls and fantastic high ceilings. The apartment is very quiet and is perfect for those who want to visit Venice but also get away from the city centre. We thoroughly recommend this property.

… zum Wohlfühlen nicht. Lage am Ende von La Giudecca, das Haus selbst und der Blick auf den Kanal sind sehr schön. Die Einrichtung dagegen ist relativ ideen- und lieblos. Es handelt sich leider um keine Ferienwohnung, in der man sich für ein paar Tage wie Zuhause fühlen kann.

Although we arrived in the evening, we discovered later there were better options to arrive before the 9 pm extra charge. The apartment was clean and the proximity of the Hilton next door was perfect for late evening dining. There’s a great rooftop bar that has a wonderful view. The complex was empty when we were there. Took the hotel boat to the airport which was outside the door . More detailed information about the boat ferry and surrounding islands could have been available in the apartment. The condo is nicely suitated right next to Hilton. It is a unit on the side of canal it give you incredible view with boats and ferries passing by. With the convenience of the vaporetto. It is only 5 min walk to the Condo. To get t across to St Mark square it only take 10 min. The unit is spacious and a modern kitcken. The bed is comfortable. Athought the bathroom is big with double pedestals sinks. The bathtub is narrow. It would be nice to updated in a half shower glass rather than the shower curtain. Overall it does need a new paint job to refresh and it will make an outstanding unit.

great location

The apartment is in a great location next to the Hilton Milano Stucky (so great if you have business there). The apartment has a well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, oven, stovetop, oven. There is no automatic coffee maker (but then again the local coffee is very good) The bed is a large bed and comfortable. The bathroom is oversize and has a washing machine, 2 sinks and a blowdryer. The bathtub is narrow and can use an update with a waterproof shower curtain and new cawking around the tub. The location is between 2 waterboat stations, so easy access to get to Venice. The apartment was very quiet and has a beautiful corner view onto the main waterway. I would stay in this apartment again.

This property was a huge disappointment! The only "exceptional " part was the view. It is stark, cold, and uninviting. ng. Not a picture on the wall. Large, looming unusable furniture. A terrible bathtub and shower. Horrible lighting. No free electrical outlets. We left early, and checked into the Hilton next door. into the Hilton next door. Huge
