Staff was very helpful. They set up a water taxi for our arrival. It was expensive but I think we would have struggled to find the place. Bed was very comfortable and I could control the AC

The staff in this smaller boutique hotel could not have been more helpful and courteous. They not only booked a more convenient private water shuttle back to the airport for me so I would not miss my flight, but also walked me early in the morning to the exact port that I needed to leave from. The location was right near the middle of the San Marco area where there are many restaurants, stores, and the Rialto bridge among many other interesting things to see. With many canals and potentially confusing narrow streets to explore, the hotel staff made things much more easier to navigate. I thank hem very much.

We were greeted by Riccardo upon arrival and he checked us in and made us very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. Air conditioning, lift and proximity to Water Taxi all huge benefits. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfectly located, clean, beautifully decorated, spacious accommodation; we stayed in the room with a queen and twin bed, had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient for 3 ladies. We were able to store luggage before check in. The front desk also assisted with taxi reservation and walked us to the pickup point when we left for the airport. I would highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at the Palazzia Fortuny with her father and booked two rooms for three nights and they were able to place us on the same floor. The hotel was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to attractions like the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The staff was amazing and accommodating, offering suggestions and arrangements for tours and recommendations for restaurants and bars. We found a great cafe close to the hotel for breakfast and a night cap each night. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we make it back to Venice!
