Nice host, nice location and nice room

Marco and Alessandra are very nice and offered lots of useful infomations. This appartment is quite large, including a bedroom and a dining hall with comfortable sofa. Breakfast is offered in the balcony garden with good view, where we had good chat. Also, the location is close to main ports both to the airport and the islands.

Mixed feelings. Host Marco is great, friendly and helpful. I'd give him 5 stars if there weren't issue with the property. Room information on Expedia said room has TV but didn't. It also says it has air-conditioning but was told no no during October so not happy about having to open windows for air as the noise affected the quality of sleep.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Venedig, das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, es liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, dennoch ist das Zentrum fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Es gibt einige nette Restaurants in der Nähe, wo man auch Einheimische trifft. Die Leute im Hotel, speziell Marco waren supernett :-)

Lovely place, very recommended

We loved every minute we spend at the B&B. Clean, warm water, good breakfast but the best thing are the hosts. The area is also recommended if you want to be away from all the tourists but with several eating options near by (especially wine and tapas bars) and walking distance to the tourist areas. Easy access from the airport via Alilaguna (water shuttle).

We loved the quiet authentic italian home. The terrace for breakfast was lovely served on the garden terrace. even though we were out of the busy areas we were still in walking distance to everything including water bus to the airport.

Very comfortable room. Adequate breakfast. Convenient and quiet location. Plenty of good to excellent restaurants within a short walk. A soap holder in the shower would be a good addition. Unless you want US 5* you’ll do well to book here.

Excellent ! Rien à redire.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hôte nous a réservé un accueil parfait et personnalisé, nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses et de précieux conseils. La chambre d'hôte est idéalement située dans Venise, à la fois au calme (courette arborée) et à proximité des principaux axes (5 minutes du départ Vaporetto vers les îles / 15 minutes à pied de Piazzale Roma). La chambre est très bien équipée, et la literie est d'excellente qualité, la cerise sur le gateau c'est le petit déjeuner copieux servi sur la magnifique terrasse. Bravo Marco et bonne continuation.

Cette maison est très bien placée à Venise dans un endroit calme. Le sympathique propriétaire, Monsieur Baseggio, parle parfaitement le français et ainsi, peut vous donner des renseignements ou conseils. Chambre impeccable et grande. Bon petit déjeuner. This was a perfect little authentic place in Venice. We contacted Marco before arriving and called him when we arrived at the airport. He helped us with directions getting to the place and was there to let us in. The place was just as described and looked in the photos. We stayed in a room that was on the second floor, which had a bedroom and bathroom. There was another room off to the other side. The other side of the apartment was for Marco and his family. Marco had breakfast ready for his on the terrace, which was delicious and so nice! The location was a little farther from the main attractions (St. Mark's church), but it is all walkable and it was nice to be farther away from the tourist places. There were still many restaurants and places to explore close to the B&B. Wonderful place and experience!

Calme, très bon emplacement, très bon accueil Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit servi qu’à partir de 8h30 (même si l’hôte propose de préparer un plateau la veille au soir). Je conseille vivement cet établissement.
