Nice, quiet part of the city, more in the residential side. Host was helpful and place was very clean. The toast and croissant breakfast was just enough to start the day! Would stay there again.

Great stay with excellent air conditioning, the couple who ran the accommodation were eager to help and very friendly. Fairly close to the train station, only about two bridges away.

Good location, quiet, friendly staff. Location of the hotel is very optimal as it is close to all that you could think of. Lots of things to around in this area, and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone who's thinking about coming here.

This hotel is a delightful getaway from the crowds, yet convenient to a Vapporetto stop on the Grand Canal. Delightful local restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast in the peaceful garden was a great start to the day. Our only problem was that it was hard to find due to confusion with the address and a very small sign.

The bathroom wasn't that clean; there was a cup in the toilet that had stains in it. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate the breakfast that was provided as well! The air conditioning was working fine. The only thing that could be better was the toilet hygiene; everything else was okay.

The owners are friendly and communicated well. It does have a shared bathroom. The kids bed were not comfortable in anyway. It is nice and convenient to walk around Venice.

Everything was great. The bed was a king but 2 twin mattresses and not comfortable so I didn't get great sleep. The complementary Italian breakfast (croissant, bread, jam), shared bathroom, bedroom were all great.

Nice property and great location in a quiet part of venice. Good breakfast. We had a nice stay and it was good value. Great AC too which was important.. The only negative was that the beds were very uncomfortable.

Great location close to everything - particularly good if you are arriving by train. Friendly host and easy check-in, able to accomodate our early departure. The hot water ran out after the very first shower at night and was still not available in the morning unfortunately.

Charming!

Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!
