Casa Sant'Elena Biennale

This 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of a typical building, in an authentic area of ​​the old town with all amenities * (one of the oldest and one of the favorite of travelers According to independent surveys). It is located near the Basilica San Marco, 9 km from Marco Polo airport, 1 station from the Lido beaches and 200 meters of a bus stop.

It is 2 km from San Marco Basilica, 9 km from Marco Polo Airport and 200 meters from a vaporetto stop.
It's only 4 vaporetto stops from San Marco and very quiet. Nearby Giardini Biennale and on one side and one crossing to the Lido and the beach on the other side.

Wundervolle kindertaugliche Wohnung

Wir waren hier mit zwei Famillien. Insgesamt vier Erwachsene, zwei Vierjährige und ein Zweijähriger. Die Vierjährigen hatten ein eigenes Zimmer und durch das Doppelbett konnte der Zweijährige prima bei den Eltern im Bett schlafen. Es war alles super sauber und bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer hilfreich zur Hand. Im Garten konnten die Kinder spielen und die Eltern gemütlich sitzen. Die Stühle sind zwar nicht besonders bequem, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Waschmaschine ist praktisch und draußen kann man aufhängen. Im Winter hätte ich aber keine Idee, wo man im Haus afhängen könnte. Im Sommer kein Problem. Alles in allem alles top! Geschirr ist alles da, was man braucht. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Bon dans l'ensemble

Très bien situé, dans la verdure, à proximité du vaporetto , de commerces de bonne qualité et un bar restaurant très sympa ( excellente qualité de la cuisine).Bémol pour un séjour à quatre pour une semaine : pas de placards pour ranger les vêtements dans deux des chambres, dans la troisième : un seul occupé aux deux tiers par des couettes, oreillers... , dans la salle de bains indépendante, petit placard occupé par des produits de nettoyage 🤨donc rien pour poser ,et la deuxième mini "sdb " n'est qu'une douche avec toilettes et lave main sans rien pour poser et inondation garantie( pas de serpillière donc utilisation du tapis de bains pour éponger , ressorti assez sale de l'aventure....) LOL.Le jardin sympa , beaux arbres ,mais laissé à l'abandon et le mobilier très sale . Quant à la wi-fi elle ne marche qu'un tiers du temps 🤨. Donc bel appartement dans un environnement très agréable mais qui aurait besoin de quelques aménagements supplémentaires,rangement et éclairages .

An excellent location

A fantastic base for getting away from the crowds of St Marks Square,a very short trip on the boat or an easy walk to the centre. We could also get to the Lido very easily. The owners kindly sent clear detailed directions which was very helpful on arrival. The flat is very clean but basic, the bathrooms are tiny but adequate. Two of the bedrooms are small and there was only a chair for clothes so we had to live out of suitcases and share the only wardrobe. The kitchen as well equipped except for tea cups which we had to buy. We loved the location and had a great time.

Joli appartement bien situé

Nous sommes venus à 2 familles avec 3 enfants (8, 9 et 10ans) Ils ont adoré la chambre avec lits superposés L’appartement est très calme, à 2 pas d’une station de vapporetto permettant de tout rejoindre en quelques minutes. L’accueil à minuit était très sympathique. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Je recommande pour des familles

Quiet location - within easy reach of central Venice

Location of the flat was great as one can walk to the centre of Venice within 20 minutes or the water bus stop is less than 300 metres from the flat. The area is very quiet with many local Italians living nearby, local shop has basics and the nearby pizza restaurant is good value for money. The flat was clean but we felt that it would benefit from having a sofa or comfy chair in the large kitchen to relax in after a long day walking around beautiful Venice - there is no separate sitting room and the window seat is not for relaxing on! Also there is virtually no storage in two of the bedrooms yet there is room for a chest of drawers. Garden could also do with a bit of tidy up. Overall it did met our requirements as a base from which to explore the city and surrounding islands.

Wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung. Weit ab vom Trubel der Innenstadt. Super Kommunikation.

Am positivsten ist die schöne große Küche aufgefallen, die super ausgerüstet ist. Käsereibe, Bialetti-Kaffeekannen, genügend Töpfe, Pfannen Auflaufformen, usw. Sonst alles super. Zu empfehlen ist ein Vaporetto-Mehrtagesticket, da die Wege in die Innenstadt zu Fuß doch recht lang sind. Um die Biennale zu besuchen, ein super Ausgangspunkt. In nächster Nähe gibt es eine Pizzeria, eine Osteria, sowie eine Tabaccheria und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen für den schnellen, überschaubaren Einkauf. Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Un endroit parfait pour une escapade venitienne reussite

A venise comme les vénitiens

Bel appartement de charme entièrement rénové. Equipements de qualité, literie confortable. Environnement très calme au carrefour des points d'intérêt de Venise entre les îles et Saint Marc. Jardin très appréciable pour le café du matin ou le prosecco du soir. 2 cafés sur la place avec vue sur la lagune très sympas, le marché flottant de Sant'ana à proximité.... Nous y reviendrons!

Fantastique ! L'appartement idéal pour visiter Venise.

Cet appartement refait à neuf est très confortable. Nous avons bien profité du jardin. Le quartier est très sympa, on se sent entouré de vénitiens loin de l'agitation touristique tout en étant à deux pas des lieux à visiter. Nous reviendrons !
