Everything was exactly as described—honestly, an amazing stay. The place is very well equipped with everything you need, including a great kitchen setup, and having laundry available in the building was a huge plus. The location is excellent—super central, easy to walk everywhere, and perfectly connected. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful! Would stay again.

We loved this not so little studio apartment! The location was fantastic and near all the major attractions and wonderful restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was the best we had during our 15 day Italy trip. The hosts were wonderful and scheduled water taxi services for us to/from the train station making it very easy to find the apartment.

We loved our recent stay. The apartment was beautiful. Really loved the decor, immaculate. Perfect location. A lovely lady met us at the boat stop and took us to the apartment, which was very much needed. Would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to come back to Venice.

Even nicer apartment than it looks in the pictures. Very new, modern. Beds are very comfortable. Shower was big and water pressure was excellent. Kitchen was very adequate. Complimentary laundry in the building was great because we packed light. Lovely reception from the hosts. Location is perfect, near the Rialto bridge and popular vaporetto stop. Highly recommend for a family.

Awesome apartment and location!!!

everrything was perfect. we had someone waiting for us at Rialto station, then he took us to the apartment which is 3 min walking. Matteo was really nice explaining everything. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the apartment was perfect for us. Very Clean, very confortable and we could also cook in the small ktchen. I really recommend!

Great location & nice apartment

Overall the place is lovely - great location, spacious, and clean. It's tucked away in a nice little quite corner just off of Campo de la Fava. We had a small issue with the AC not working but the property manager was very responsive and even came to the apartment at 10 pm to try to resolve. The manager was also very open to resolving the situation amicably when the issue persisted. Would repeat our stary.

Perfect hideaway

Room was wonderful, large and decently appointed. Everything was clean and well kept. Beds were fantastic, shower was spectacular and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold! Check in was easy and we gained some information for our stay from Enrica. Location is great, easy walking distance to Rialto area or Piazza San Marco and also to the station for the boat to Murano or Burano. This was one of my favorite stays in a short term rental!

We loved the location, the attentive service, and most importantly, the actual apartment. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is in a renovated palace and the renovation work seems to be very high quality. We loved staying here- in the middle of Venice but still a quiet and out of the way feel to it. Nothing!

Apartment was spacious and clean. Sara was lovely and very helpful. Laundry was very handy as well. Only word of caution would be to confirm what unit you are getting, as we thought ours had a view of the canals so that was a little disappointing…. Think when clicking on certain property, you get taken to external site?? All in all, stay was great! Beds were comfy and bathroom and kitchen were well stocked.

Il palazzo dove sono posizionati i vari appartamenti e' stato ristrutturato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Tutto perfetto , sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d acqua in frigo , giusto per il benvenuto , e' vero che ti dicono che l acqua del rubinetto e* potabile ma a mio avviso imbevibile.Comunque il mio giudizio finale e' assolutamente positivo.
