Location! Location! Location! Walk out the door and stroll down the street onto one of the most beautiful beaches in America! This luxurious villa sleeps up to 6 people and has great amenities including granite counter tops, fresh bathrooms, bedrooms and flooring. The villa has 3 flat screen HD televisions and high speed wireless internet is provided for those who prefer web-surfing to wave surfing. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach. Linens and towels provided with beds made! YMCA is 10 min away with beautiful outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna at very reasonable rates Available for rent by day, week or month. Minimum renter age is 25 yrs. old.

Close to the beach
Great location, short walk to beach and maybe 15 minutes walk to the restaurant and shopping strip in Venice. The place was, comfortable, clean and relatively spacious, the owner and property manager were helpful, and the price was good. But it’s a “no frills” unit, in a lot beautiful building. If you’re looking for a gorgeous or pretty place, this isn’t for you. If you want a clean and affordable place a short walk to the beach, this is it.

Great Place to Stay
Condo is large with plenty of space for five of us. It is a little dated but very clean. Perfect for our needs. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach depending on how much your are carrying. Nice beach nearby. Would stay here again.
