Worst room ever, Biohazard came to life?
Terrible stay. Room was surprisingly at a different building with NO lifts and needed to walk up 3 floors. The entrance lights don't work at night too - needed to walk up stairs in the dark like Biohazard. The carpet was aged, torned with brown stains, cracks on ceilings and wall edges, wifi barely works. Hairdryer like ones used for pets and was weak, took forever to dry hair. The wifi at the main lobby reception was fine though. Staff did not even bother to ask us how our stay was, they probably expected negative feedback. If you get the room in their actual building, they seem much more 'acceptable'. WORST room of my Europe trip. Only credit is their location, you can walk to all major attractions and shops. Also a close by 5 mins walk to water taxi stop (Giglo)

Nice hotel in Venetian Style
The hotel is close to pier "Giglio" and S.Marco Square, very convenience. The room is nice decorated in Venetian style! The breakfast is good! The hotel staff is very very helpful and nice! But the real room is not like the one showing on the website...(I am staying at the Annex Building)

Tiny room and unfriendly receptionist
The room was ok but the bathroom was tiny and not that comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. But the reception guy was not friendly and helpful at all to guests. Better stay away.

具体情况和图片描述相符。 没有热水器和水杯，让人稍微有些困扰。似乎没有每天更换床单，临走前结账还弄错了。其他没啥不满意的了。

Los cuartos muy bonitos venecianos, nos dejaron dejar el equipaje antes y cuando regresamos ya habían subido nuestras maletas, excelente servicio, el desayuno rico y suficiente, toallas calientitas siempre y todo muy limpio y funcional definitivamente volvería a ir 👌

We had a nice stay here, the property was well maintained. Only downside was the aircon broke down on the last night and was very hot on the top floor.

Nice cosy hotel. Elevator is very slow and needs to be fixed. AC was a bit confusing. Location is great and staff was good. Don’t expect to get breakfast before 7:30 am, even if its 7:15 am. I would stay here again.

Romantisch, knus hotelletje
Het hotel ligt zeer gunstig. Het is knus en sfeervol aangekleed. Het ontbijt esd goed en je kon bijvragen naar wens.

L'albergo è situato a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco, e' facile da trovare ed il prezzo è abbordabile. Nonostante la struttura non sia molto grande, è molto accogliente. Mi è piaciuto in particolare il bagno molto spazioso e confortevole della mia economy. Ringrazio il personale per la gentilezza, la professionalità e la capacità di adeguarsi ad ogni richiesta fatta anche dopo il check out.

Tolle Lage ganz nah am Markusplatz
Venedig zu Coronazeit ist besonders - das Hotel gab sich viel Mühe um Sauberkeit. Daher gab es Frühstück nur bedient, aber was soll´s. Es kommen sicher wieder bessere Zeiten. Die Lage ist perfekt und das kleine Zimmer richtig süss mit Klimaanlage und Tageslichtbad.

Smelling room, smelling hotel, smelling air conditioning (impossible to use), very dirty everything. Breakfast was not really breakfast, just some snacks on the road, but coffee ok. Not recommended! Very bad

Por la situacion del Covid 19 no pudimos trasladarnos y no fueron NADA de flexibles para darnos la opcion de ir en otras fechas o hacernos un bono ....claro ya tenian íntegramente cobradas las tres habitaciones y el desayuno de seis personas... e incluso hubieramos aumentado la estancia si nos hubieran dado la opcion ...de esta manera hemos perdido todo y su beneficio ha sido TOTAL !!! Se merecen tener una temporada caotica por egoistas y poco empaticos con la situación actual ¡

Hôtel merveilleusement situé, accueil extra et disponible tout au long du séjour. Le réceptionniste nous a même accompagné à l embarcadère après nous avoir commandé un bateau taxi : service client top !

アクセス抜群、サンマルコ広場から明るいブランドの集まる通りを抜けてすぐなので、夜遅くまででも歩けます。 ダブルルームの部屋はスーツケースを広げるには狭いですが、シャワー等の設備も綺麗でしたし、良い匂いのシャンプーとハンドソープがありました。 エレベーターは使い方が分かりにくいですが、このお値段なのでトータル大満足です。

Poor service, noisy rooms and uptight personal
Aircondition was super noicy, minibar was poorly storkes and noisy as well. Ive booked a room with french bed but Got 2 individual beds made as a double. Even though you could choose in between both. Hotel personal did not see a problem in this, and the bed was a Big dissapointment as the middle crack keeps seperating the beds. The breakfeast is good, and thats about whats to sat about this hotel. Its in a good area.
