Claudio maintained contact with us through our entire stay. The location was perfect, it was a 30 second walk to the main canal and the minutes from local grocery store. The entire Venice experience was exceptional because of our stay at Il Pozzo magico! We were co comfortable and we felt safe. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

Habitaciones limpias. El personal, Claudio, muy atento y amable. Buen A/C. Ubicación un poco retirada de lo “turístico” pero en general buena zona, solo que el ruido por la noche sí se llega a escuchar un poco fuerte. Parece más una casa dividida por habitaciones que un hotel.

Interesting visit to Venice with a nice stay at this small four-room hotel. Glad to have received communication from Claudio, the manager, so that we could find it and use a code to get in. Very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, other guests were friendly. Were able to store our luggage, although we were charged to do so (other hotels on our trip provided that for free).
