The hotel was lovely. Centrally located in Venice. A close walk to San Marco Square and many restaurants and shops. Staff was lovely and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice sized bathroom. I'd highly recommend it.

Staff is extremely nice, we had just come from the plane and walked all over town. The front desk worker was nice enough to give me a sweat rag while sweating. Room was clean and had the best amenities of our trip. Would stay again!

Room was in a good location and we had a nice canal view, except you need 3 separate keys to get into it. The room was very basic and very dirty, not the bed (although it was very uncomfortable), but the floor and walls. The AC worked well, and it was fairly quiet. The staff were great.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was very good. Make sure to ask to stay in the main hotel and not the other building on the opposite side of the canal. Those rooms are not as nice and there is mo elevator on that side.
