Room, host and location were very good. Most of the touristy parts of Venice were within a very short walking distance of the hotel. No view (neighbouring wall) and no elevator - we are senior citizens and being booked into the 4th floor was a bit of a chore, especially since the floors were extra high (i.e., more steps between floors than normal).

Very clean and cozy accommodation. Excellent location in the heart of Rome within walking distance of all major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Not easy to find the hotel and there are no elevators at all. If your room happens to be on the top floor you would have to carry your luggages all the way up. Otherwise the room itself is decent and clean.

This hotel was a great place to stay in Venice. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a central location in Venice as this was extremely close to many of the main attractions I was planning on visiting.

Room was very big, light and clean. Place was middle of everything but still silent. Many stairs to walk up , so not for people who has problems with that. ”Captain” was really nice and he did good service. I really recommend this hotel!

The staff went above and beyond — incredibly helpful with luggage and full of great local tips. The hotel itself is charming and well-located. One thing to be aware of: there are several flights of stairs with no elevator, which could be challenging if you have mobility issues or heavy bags

Luca was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and pleasant. The hotel was located in a very convenient central area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There are some points that are worth mentioning: small shower area, lacking some room amenities like tv and coffee making facility and a mini fridge.

This property was very close to Rialto bridge and a very nice sized room. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Instructions provided to arrive were very clear and helpful. A lot of shops and restaurants were within a few feet. The only issue was pillow thickness, as they were very flat.

This place was perfect! The location, cleanliness, and Luka were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Luka was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, spacious, and exceptionally clean—something that is very important to me. I can’t say enough about how spotless everything was. The location is ideal, with many major attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. I have already recommended this place to all of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back myself. Highly recommended!
