Apartment is beautiful, easy to locate, and in a nice quiet area. We were able to check in early to drop off bags, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again! Communication between host was excellent!

Just lovely

Check in was easy, Eleonora helped with restaurants and contacting a water taxi service, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in Venice.

Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location

This was a quaint apartment that had all the amenities that we needed. Checking in was a breeze and Eleonora was very quick with her responses to my questions. The location was quiet yet a quick walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

This quiet flat is in the perfect location to explore Venice. The bathroom was clean. The apartment was poorly appointed lacking guest instructions, minimal linens, minimal toilet paper, poor temperature control, and filthy floors upon arrival, despite a hefty cleaning fee. It was quiet, safe, and optimal for exploring the city, which are the most important qualities.

Great Spot in Venezia!!

This was a great property for our family of 5. It was comfortable, secure, and in great condition. It is in a perfect location near places to eat as well as key landmarks. The water taxi is a 5 minute walk which made getting around easy. The host, Eleonora, was awesome. She made things easy and was very responsive. We would certainly choose this property again!

Great Stay in Venice

We loved our stay at this property. Very comfortable and exactly as advertised. The owner was extremely helpful in providing directions as you can get lost in Venice so easily. Very close to everything! And close to one of the water taxi stops! The property was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. We loved the fact that we didn't have to haul our luggage up a bunch of stairs! Just walked right in. Thank you!

5 Sisters to Italy - GIFT from Mom!

Perfect VRBO! Convenient, clean, everything we needed! We were 5 women and made this one bathroom apartment work for us due to mirrors and electrical outlets conveniently placed throughout the apartment. Manager Eleanora made it possible for us to drop off our luggage WAY before check in time so we could start enjoying the sights of Venice without hauling around our backpacks! Host was quick to respond at all times! Highly recommend this charming, up to date and conveniently located apartment! (Tucked awat from all the noise and hustle and bustle of this amazing city!)

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was exactly how it looked in the pictures, probably even nicer. Everything was brand new and working properly. Eleonora was easily reachable via WhatsApp, and was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us couple of great restaurant recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it's a beautiful apartment in a great location. We would not hesitate to stay there again, whenever we return to Venice.

Beautiful apartment in quiet piazza near to Rialto

Eleanora is an excellent host. We communicated via WhatsApp even before we left for Europe. She was very clear in instruction with helpful photos enabling us to make our way from the airport or train station to the apartment. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. Everything we needed for morning coffee before we set out for the day. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to Rialto and all the sites. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults.

Lovely apartment

We unfortunately only stayed one night in this lovely apartment. Instead of sleeping in the loft, my husband and I chose to stay downstairs on the pull out couch….. it was surprisingly comfortable! The neighborhood was very quiet and off the beaten path - which was refreshing. The only tip I would pass on is if you have a lot of luggage it is not a quick / easy trek from the train station as there are many bridges in between. A great solution is to pay a luggage runner to use their carts to do it for you so you can enjoy the walk. They make themselves available outside of the train station as well as on the route returning to the station. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Superb location in heart of Venice, charming property

We had a great stay (Family of 5 with kids age 22, 19,14). The location is fabulous and is in a remodeled apartment in a very historic building, resulting in an absolutely charming experience. While it is a bit tight for 5 of us (only one bathroom), it still worked very well for our 2-day visit to Venice. Nicely cooled rooms with plenty of quiet A/C (was really helpful as it was nearly 100 degrees (40 celcius)) on each day of our visit, and the A/C kept the whole unit very cool. That was really important to us. We loved the location. Literally only a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and 12 minutes to St Mark’s. Good dining all around us. To sleep 5 of us, we had a comfortable queen sized bed in the loft, two twin beds in the bedroom, and then a pull-out sleeper which worked just fine for our 19 year old son. I felt the accommodations were just as described on the site, and we were blown away by the character of the building and the ambiance of the whole apartment. The property manager was incredibly responsive (immediate response always) to any questions. Would definitely stay again.
