住宿简介

Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

  • Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

Perfect location. Rooms and bathroom were clean as were the common areas. A/C worked great. The couch could be replaced as my baby lifted the blanket covering the couch and you could see the stains. Otherwise great place to stay.

This lovely apartments was the perfect location for exploring Venice. It was located near the Rialto bridge, yet tucked away from the busy thoroughfare, making it easy and pleasant to go out and return multiple times a day to accommodate everyone’s needs. I learned about the Venice fish and vegetable market by reading through the welcome binder and made it to the market as suggested by the host before noon! Bought all the fruits and vegetables I needed for my stay to amply the delicious meals available at restaurants nearby. Eva and Tania were both excellent communicators, too. I felt very welcomed.

A wonderful woman met us at the boat stop and walked us directly to our apartment. The apartment was clean and as expected. We paid city tax directly to the associate. The 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft was a fun, added touch for the kids.

Great place for our 2 night stay in Venice. Host was very helpful with answering questions and had a nice man meet us at the boat stop and led us to the apartment. Keep in mind there are lots of stairs and no elevator - not unusual in Venice. Apartment was clean and air conditioning and large fan really kept things cool. Downstairs bedroom is perfect. Upstairs bedroom is best for kids as the ceiling is very low and has 2 twin beds. Main living area has all the basics.

The apartment was great and met all of our needs. Very nice host that communicated well. The only problem we encountered was the AC leaked very bad and we had to put a bucket underneath it which was an inconvenience. It also dripped down the wall.Other than the Ac our stay was comfortable. Nice apartment in a good area that convenient.
