It was easy to check in and access the property. The hotel was in a private piazza that was a little difficult to find at first but was a real hidden gem once we found it. The room was small but nice. We would certainly book again when we return. The property offered early check in and check out.l for a small fee.,We appreciated having access to the amenity closet to grab extra towels and a blanket. From the location we were able to get all over Venice.

This is a lovely place to stay while visiting Venice. I must admit that finding the location was initially frustrating, and being directed to an AI agent for assistance made the experience even more challenging. However, once we finally arrived, our stay was truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, because we had booked only one night and lost so much time searching for the property while carrying our luggage, we had less time to fully appreciate everything this beautiful hotel and its surroundings had to offer. Despite the difficult arrival, the hotel itself was wonderful, and I only wish we had been able to spend more time enjoying it.

Esta muy bien el hotel muy limpio, y espacioso, solo recomiendo no llevar muchas maletas por que si está un poco complicado para llegar al hotel con varias maletas por que si pasas puentes con escaleras. Todo lo demás excelente. No es ruidoso.

The communication from the Numa team was ideal and through WhatsApp/ the Numa app - it was clear and easy to follow. The room was ideal, location was central and ideal for our stay. The room was clean and facilities clean and useful. Toilet and bathroom area was on the tighter side and could be an issue for larger guests. The rooms were not cleaned daily - didn’t matter for us as only stayed for two nights - although additional towels and toiletries were available if required. Laundry room available for use as required. Would stay here again!

Very central location and easy check-in. The staff communicated via messages and WhatsApp and it was super smooth. Could get a bit noisy and people could see in if you didn't use the blinds. Esp in the morning there were more noise due to the canal running just by the room windows (deliveries, traffic in general) however unless you are extremely sensitive it wasnt any issue. Rooms were clean and the area was very easily accessible to the rest of Venice
