雖然在小巷中需要找，但是靠聖馬可廣場很近，附近有很多bar 跟商店。適合全家出遊。缺點是沒有電梯，這對需要將很重行李搬上搬下3-4層樓的旅客來說相當不便。而且check out 時間在早上9點過後，此對於要趕火車或是飛機離開的旅客相當趕。

Very Poor Customer Service, almost Zero service, Rude and arrogant people, after genuine complaints offered some discount, never received any discount. Try to avoid these guys.

Excellent location. Clean and great service. I only knocked the facilities from 5 to 4 stars because the air conditioner leaked water onto the kitchen cabinets. That said, when I reported it, they were quick to send someone over. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The only reason I won't give it a five-star review is because the towels were so small and thin, like they were very used. You could consider an upgrade on that.

Great place in an easy spot to navigate the area and see the sights. The Canal views were wonderful, I spent hours watching the gondoliers and people, so cool!

Amazing apartment like property. Kitchen was great and the view of the canal Was amazing. Great location and very clean and spacious.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was a renovated room. Laundry was in common area which was helpful. AC was perfect. Canal view was spectacular from window. Everything was with 5 minutes work. Overall a great stay.

This was our first time staying at a Numa property, and it won’t be our last. The check in and check out process were easy, and the virtual assistant was amazingly efficient!

Great location -had the family room overlooking the canals-amazing! Note that the photos showed the family room with the beds situated in different rooms but when we got there all the beds for four people were in one room. The two bathrooms were very convenient to have with 4 people. Great morning coffee just outside the front door in a small square-very quaint! Would definitely stay again!

The property was great overall. Unfortunately they changed the furniture and removed the 3rd bed we were expecting and counting on. There is still the main bed and a pullout sofa that could sleep two small kids but is not suitable for more than one adult-size person. They should add back the 3rd bed or update their floor plans, pictures, and descriptions. We had issues with not enough towels, a completely clogged shower drain, and AC not working but when I called Numa they took care of everything very efficiently and effectively.

Beautiful Canal View Suite

Beautiful hotel to stay at with my partner and amazing view of the canal. Room service was not an issue since there were restaurants/bars nearby. Also, the central closet in hallway had all the needs for the room when we ran out of toilet paper, so it was convenient.

Use WhatsApp for communication and all goes smooth. Our canal view medium room was great and clean. Had singing gondolas going by in afternoon right under our window. We arrived late so went right to room all electronic push buttons for entering building and room.

Amazing hotel and stay

We had an amazing stay! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with the balconies overlooking the river with all the gondolas going by. We got a serenade and it was amazing! The property was beautiful, very clean and the location the best!! It was very close to walk either to Piazza San Marco or to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine and the water in the room was great! The correspondence prior and during the stay was immediate. We were able to leave our bags after checking out at a locker downstairs on the first floor, which is extremely helpful. They even had toilets in the lobby prior to leaving back to the train station.We hope to return soon and really recommend it!
