VACATION IN PARADISE...BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE...

Wonderful place; what you see in photos are under the reality. The place is really stunning!!! Our apartment was vaste, well arranged, super quiet, lot of light, perfect view on nature. Everything needed was available there (even a shoot cork...ahahah Italian wine mmmhhhh!!!!!...) People are very very very friendly, yet very professional too : As already mentioned the hostesses are just divine, so so so friendly, so so so knowledgeable of what you could want / wish to do, and very willing to share with you, with their most friendly smile. The housekeepers are just divine (I know I repeat myself but it's just that!), always smiling...Not thoses "commercial" smiles you know, no no no, real smiles, from the heart!!! Last but not least our dog was a super star there :-))...

Lägenheten var ren och köket bra utrustat. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma. Bäddsoffan var inte skön att sitta i. Saknade utemöbler som gick att flytta och var sköna att sitta i. Vägen de sista 800 m var en hålig grusväg.

Appart Hôtel au calme et proche de Venise

Accueil chaleureux malgré notre heure d'arrivée. De bons conseils pour aller à Venise, Restaurants et magasins. Accès à Venise pas le train en 20 mn pour 5€20 A/R: Gare avec parking gratuit à 3 ou 4 km. Mise à disposition d'un barbecue. Rien à redire sur la piscine. Très calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. Seul bémol: literie pas assez épaisse.

A faire et refaire.

Le panneau d’accueil est un peu trop discret, nous avons raté l'entrée du domaine. Ensuite tout ne fut que bonne surprise. Le contournement du magnifique golf pour rejoindre la résidence, l'accueil incroyable et enthousiaste de Rafaella, le prêt d'un guide du routard en français, les explications de bon gout de Rafaella pour visiter Venise. Julia nous a ensuite conduit à notre appartement. Vaste, 2 salles de bains, très très bien équipé, grand frigo congélateur, lave vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, climatisation dans le salon et dans la chambre. L'appartement est très propre, et est bien entretenu. Notre appartement en rez de jardin donnait sur la piscine sans avoir une vue directe pour être tranquille pour déjeuner sous la pergola. Joli carré de gazon. Et pour finir une piscine haut de gamme toute récente ( à partager avec un autre ensemble d'appartements en face, taille raisonnable et très joli) au milieu d'un grand parc. Très belle vue sur le golf. La crainte de l'autoroute à proximité a été vite oubliée. On ne l'a presque pas entendue, vraiment !.

Great apartment hotel with fantastic location

Great location. 20 minutes away from Venezia. Large apartment in an area full of coffee shops and great food. If you want to live real Italian life then this is the place for you. The staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. Wifi was also available but not in the room you have to go to the garden.
