Fantastic, authentic apartment, lovingly, personally and with a lot of artistry furnished. The roof terrace a dream. Not suitable for the physically impaired as on the fourth floor with narrow stairs. Perfectly located for the Biennale. Very friendly on site service (English speaking)

Great location! Highly recommend!

To be honest I was skeptical about this place because of the very few number of reviews on it. I came to Venice - looking to stay 2 nights with friends in a less touristy area. This location is AWESOME. The neighborhood is super quiet. There’s a terrace on the top that’s quite nice and gives you a great view of several of the main sites in Venice. The building is an older building with the apartment on the 3rd floor so be ready to do stairs. There are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an optional trundle available as well. The kitchen has all the basic utensils/cooking ware and salt — grocery stores are close. We met our check in person at the arranged time and communicated via WhatsApp. It was a little warm when we arrived but opening the windows and shutters worked just fine. We had 3 different couples in this space so it was nice to all have private rooms and space. I recommend booking early and giving yourself plenty of time to water taxi Murano Burano and Lido. Hit up San Marco Square at night to avoid the crowds. Would stay again! Thank you!

Phantastische, authentische Wohnung, liebevoll, persönlich und mit viel Kunstverstand ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Nicht geeignet für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen, da im vierten Stock mit engen Treppen. Perfekt gelegen für die Biennale. Sehr freundliche Betreuung vor Ort (englischsprachig). Non plus ultra.

Super positionnement, très bel appart

Même s'il faut grimper 3 étages avec des marches très peu pratiques (attention aux personnes qui n'ont pas de facilités pour se déplacer !!) Cet appartement est idéalement situé au coeur d'un quartier méconnu mais authentique de Venise. Au loin les touristes, place a la vraie vie des Vénitiens ! L'appart est vraiment charmant, très bien rénové, avec une superbe terrasse. Le seul point négatif : la clim n'est pas très performante, et quand il fait très chaud, c'est très difficile a vivre, surtout que, comme partout, les moustiques sont tres présents !! Bon rapport qualité prix.
