Venice Luxury Biennale Design

The apartment located in the greenest and most authentic area of Venice. The restoration was completed in August 2017 after a few years of work, respecting the Venetian tradition by combining luxury and Italian design from the 70s / 80s with the most modern technology. it is located on the second floor of a historic building in the field of wrinkle in Castello, at the Biennale exit, near the Arsenale, a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The apartment consists of an entrance door, a kitchen with dishwasher, a sitting room, a bedroom and a bathroom with window. Included in the price you will find on arrival a first pantry of first necessity, bed linen, bathroom linen, bathroom set (soap, shampoo, conditioner etc) as well as a small welcome present. All consumptions (heating, air conditioning, wifi and internet are included in the price. Guests also have access to satellite LED TV, a personal safe and another set of comforts.
